It's easy to get frustrated with employees or family or anyone you're doing a project with when they can't just get their part done on their own, and you have to guide them or hold their hand through some parts. That's retarded. Of course you do, you should be expecting it. It's part of your role. Especially as a boss, but even as a peer, and even as a subordinate.

It's naive and selfish to think that you get 100% of your time to do your work, and that adding people just gets more done without your participation.
